Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: OPPA values its partnership with Sponsors. Sponsorships allow OPPA to provide its members with high quality educational events Sponsors and providing them with exposure to OPPA members.
In the event a Sponsor wishes to cancel its Sponsorship Package, this puts a financial burden on OPPA and may make it difficult for OPPA to meet its financial obligations.

• Cancellations requests must be submitted in writing to the OPPA Sponsorship Committee Chair within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
• Cancellation requests after 30 days from purchase may not be granted and will be reviewed on a case-by case basis.

About this event

Spring Conference: Located at the Hallmark Resort in Newport. Oregon Dates: May 6-8, 2026, with the vendor showcase on May 7, 2026.

Fall Conference: Located at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, Oregon. Dates October 13-16 with the vendor show case on October 15^th.

Partner Sponsorship Package

Details:

This package includes:

OPPA Website Banner advertisement: Effective January 1 or upon payment and submission of logo and website link, whichever occurs last, through December 31:
• Advertisement of Sponsor logo with website links on OPPA website home page for the calendar year.
• Logo will be above listed the other logos and be designated as an “OPPA Partner” Sponsor.
Spring and Fall Conference:
1. Ability to present 1 discussion/educational session in partnership with an OPPA member agency partner(s) during Fall or Spring Conference or at both. (this is not intended to be a sales pitch).

Sponsor must notify OPPA within 30 days of sponsorship payment the requested conference (Fall/Spring or both) a discussion/educational session will be delivered. Notification received after 30 days forfeits a secured discussion/educational session slot, and availability will be subject to the conference agenda and upon approval of the OPPA Sponsorship and Program Chairs.
• This 1-hour session must be educational in nature and must be presented for approval to the OPPA board no later than 45 days prior to each event.
• Discussion/Educational session must be relevant to purchasing strategy or approach, and may not include sales demonstrations or sales pitches.
• An OPPA member must present with the sponsor.

2. OPPA Social Media links to Sponsor website (1 prior to, and 1 after, within 30 days of Event).

3. Sponsor may provide up to 2 pages of electronic promotional material for no less than 2 weeks. prior to the Event to be distributed to attendees. Late submissions may not be distributed.

4. Sponsor name displayed at Event.

5. Permission to raffle items at sponsor booth. Items must adhere to the Oregon Ethics Law (ORS 244.025) and gift limits for public officials when having tradeshow giveaways.

6. May introduce speakers during conference educational sessions.

Platinum Sponsorship Package

Details:

This package includes:
OPPA Website Banner advertisement on our home page: Effective January 1 or upon payment and submission of logo and website link, whichever occurs last, through December 31.

Spring and Fall Conferences:
1. OPPA Social Media links to Sponsor website.

2. Sponsor may provide up to 2 pages of electronic promotional material no less than 2 weeks. prior to the Event to be distributed to attendees. Late submissions may not be distributed.

3. Sponsor name displayed at Event.

4. May introduce speakers during educational sessions.

5. 15 beverage tickets for the Welcome Reception or Banquet Dinner (if held) to distribute to conference attendees. (no additional purchases).

6. Breakfast with conference attendees for a maximum of 3 sponsor attendees both days of the Event. (Sponsor may purchase additional breakfast tickets).

7. Lunch with conference attendees first day only – Attendance for a maximum of 3 sponsor attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional lunch tickets).

8. Banquet Dinner*(if held) – Attendance for a maximum of 3 sponsor attendees at the conference Banquet Dinner/entertainment/networking function may be provided. (Sponsor may purchase additional dinner tickets).

9. Vendor Showcase exhibitor table (6’ table w/skirt, 3 chairs, power if needed) – first day with ongoing vendor breaks with attendees.

10. Attendee email distribution list within 30 days after Event (includes Name, Agency, Email).
