THIS IS A MUST SPONSOR EVENT!
This is your once a year opportunity to meet face-to-face with public purchasing professionals throughout Oregon and SW Washington, all in one place at one time! As a Sponsor, you will have the benefit of early admission and prime brand advertisement during the event; just to name a few.
Best of all, no booths to set up, no materials to load and unload. Government procurement specialists staff their booths, and you move from booth to booth making new contacts and showcasing your products and services.
Don't forget to bring lots of business cards and brochures to distribute - you'll need them!
So come prepared to DISCOVERING OPPORTUNITIES!

7:30 AM - Public Agency Set-up begins
8:00 AM - Day of Event Registration opens
8:30 AM - RVTS opens for Sponsors only
9:30 AM - RVTS opens to all Registrants
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch and individual networking
2:30 PM - RVTS closes

Cancellation Policy:
In the event a Sponsor wishes to cancel its Sponsorship the following applies: A) The Sponsor must submit a written request thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event date. B) All requests must be submitted by email to the RVTS Treasurer, Krista Ulm, at Kulm@co.marion.or.us C) No refunds within thirty (30) calendar days to the event.
