This package includes:
A.OPPA Website Banner advertisement: Effective January 1 or upon payment and submission of logo and website link, whichever occurs last, through December 31:
Advertisement of Sponsor logo with website links on OPPA website home page for the calendar year.

B. Spring & Fall Conference:
1. OPPA Social Media links to Sponsor website (1 prior to, and 1 after, within 30 days of Event).
2. Sponsor may provide up to 2 pages of electronic promotional material no less than 2 weeks. prior to the Event to be distributed to attendees. Late submissions may not be distributed.
3. Sponsor name displayed at Event.
4. Welcome Reception – Networking and light Hors D’oeuvres - Maximum of 3 attendees (no additional purchases).
5. Breakfast with attendees for 3 persons both days of the Event – Maximum of 3 attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional breakfast tickets).
6. Lunch with attendees first day only – Maximum of 3 attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional lunch tickets).
7. Banquet Dinner with attendees first day only - Maximum of 3 attendees (Sponsor may purchase additional dinner tickets), entertainment or networking function may be provided.
8. Spring only Golf Tournament with ad signage on the green – Maximum 3 Greens Fees.
9. Vendor Showcase exhibitor table (6” table w/skirt, 3 chairs, power) - first day with ongoing vendor breaks with attendees.
10. Event attendee email distribution list within 30 days after Event (includes Name, Agency, Email).

Welcome Gift Sponsor- $1,000- As the welcome gift sponsor, your company name's name will be posted at the registration table, you can give OPPA items to give each attendee in the welcome gift and OPPA will put together a welcome gift items for each attendee.
